Michel Portos and Richard Bernard (Best Sommelier of France 1997) work together in order to propose you a menu harmonizing with your wines.

Two menus are suggested depending on seasonal products :
- Menu at 75 € : with an appetizer, a starter, a dish (fish or meat), a pre desert, and a desert
- Menu at 95 € : with an appetizer, a starter, a fish, a meat, a cheese, a pre desert and a desert
